My name is Natalie Singer and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who has worked in the health and wellness space for over 30 years. During this time, I have provided nutritional counselling to individual clients, led specialized cooking workshops and guided hundreds of people through my signature gut reset protocol.

My focus is on the bidirectional connection between gut health and mental health as it relates to anxiety, depression, menopause and more. I also have a keen interest in helping neurodiverse communities – including individuals whose appetite may be impacted by their medication. 

I understand how challenging it can be to find and adopt the healthy eating habits that work best for you, and to sustain them when life becomes chaotic or overwhelming. I am here to support you in all the ways you need - with dietary and lifestyle strategies that meet you where you are.

My journey with healthy eating began in my teens and this has remained my passion for over forty years. Following my university studies, I lived in India for 6 years following University, studying yoga and Ayurveda.  In 1998, I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I am also a Registered Aromatherapist.

Plants, whether they be medicinal or culinary – are the cornerstone for much of my holistic practice. 

I am currently completing training in Nutritional Psychology which is a new and emerging field that explores the gut-brain axis, with its influences on mood, endocrine function, stress levels and overall health.

I don’t look at nutrition in isolation – but rather as a part of whole-body approach to being-in-balance.

Not only will we address digestive health, cravings and elimination, but also the fundamentals of sleep, hydration, sunlight, exercise/movement and personal connection.
