MAST (Mindfulness Awareness Stabilization Training) is a 4 week trauma-informed mindfulness approach designed to support emotion regulation through short, accessible practices.

INWORD: Word Play & Self-Discovery

When: Saturday, June 14, 1:30 to 4 pm

INWORD is an experiential workshop exploring language as a doorway into self-discovery, insight, and transformation. Through guided word play, symbolic exploration, and reflective exercises, participants will uncover how language can shift perspective, reveal hidden patterns, and reconnect us with the deeper truths of the self.

Third Space Inaugural Mindfulness Retreat Day

When: Friday, June 26, 10 to 4 pm

Join us for the inaugural day of mindfulness in the Third Space. This is an urban retreat day that allows you to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your nervous system, your body, and your inner experience. Enjoy the connection with the city, the land and the people in our local community.

Indigenous Led Drum Circle

When: Sunday, June 28
Time: 10 am to 1 pm
Location: New Pathways Third Space
Fee: $100 + HST

Indigenous-led drum circle is a sacred, communal gathering where participants play traditional hand drums and shakers to sing, pray, and share stories. 

Led by Knowledge Keepers, it serves as a powerful space for healing, cultural revitalization, and strengthening connections to the Earth, community, and all living things.

This will be a monthly offering for those who would like to participate in a regular cadence with ceremony leader Veronica Johnny and her circle holders.

Family Constellations Workshop

When: Saturday, May 30, 9 am to 6 pm

A Systemic Constellations workshop is an experiential approach to healing that explores how unresolved patterns can be carried across generations within a family system. Guided by Lea Bill, this work moves beyond insight into embodied, relational healing—offering a powerful way to access, understand, and gently release what may no longer belong to you.

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy in Toronto for Nervous System Regulation

Join us for our inaugural in person MBCT group at New Pathways as we launch the opening of our Third Space. This group is an opportunity to practice mindfulness in community space that we have designed for helping us remember that natural connections and healing space are the foundation of mental health.
