Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy In Person Group in Toronto for Nervous System Regulation

Join us for our inaugural in person MBCT group at New Pathways as we launch the opening of our Third Space. This group is an opportunity to practice mindfulness in community space that we have designed for helping us remember that natural connections and healing space are the foundation of mental health.

Third Space Opening Ceremony Drumming Circle & Open House

When: Sunday, April 19, 2026
Time: 1:00–3:00 PM & open house from 3:00–5:00 PM
Location: New Pathways Third Space
Fee: $25 (donation directly to Indigened, in addition to New Pathways’ base contribution toward the ceremony.)

We are honoured to open the doors of the New Pathways Third Space with a drumming circle ceremony. The drumming circle will be led by Veronica Johnny, an Indigenous Cree woman, ceremony leader, musician, hand drummer, and founder of Indigened, an Indigenous-led organization that provides education and guidance to communities and organizations seeking to become more informed, respectful allies.

This series introduces Polyvagal Theory as a practical framework for understanding how your body, emotions, and relationships are shaped by the nervous system. Through four engaging sessions, you’ll learn how to recognize your body’s states, strengthen regulation, and build deeper safety and connection with yourself and others.
