At New Pathways we prioritize sustainable growth for our clinic environment and our clinicians who join our team. We believe that creating the right ecosystem translates into good client care and clinician well being. This is not for people who are looking to quickly fill their practice - but to develop their clinical skills and place in our ecosystem.

This pathway is best suited for clinicians who want to grow their skills within a mentorship-based, relational, and integrative model of care.

Psychotherapy is the primary clinical service, with naturopathic and nutritional approaches integrated in support of mental health treatment.

  • Anxiety, depression, and nervous system dysregulation

  • PTSD and complex trauma

  • ADHD and neurodivergent presentations
