Cacao Ceremony
Heart Opening • Community • Ritual • Seasonal Alignment
We are pleased to host an intimate cacao ceremony led by our friends Lalita and Katherine Duncanson of Soul Whisperers. Together, we gather in a small circle (8–10 people) to commune with Mother Cacao a potent plant ally designed to soften defenses, quiet the mind, and ground you in embodied presence.
What is a Cacao Ceremony?
A Cacao Ceremony is a sacred ritual rooted in ancient traditions that uses 100% pure, ceremonial-grade cacao as a catalyst for emotional healing and inner clarity.
Unlike standard chocolate, this "food of the gods" is prepared with intention to preserve its natural compounds. It acts as a gentle heart-opener, helping to lower stress, increase blood flow, and create a state of "focused euphoria" that allows for deeper meditation and connection with others.
Each ceremony aligns with seasonal shifts like a Solstice or New Moon and typically includes:
Ceremonial Cacao: Drinking the medicine to open the heart.
Spirit Work: Shamanic drumming, guided meditation, and breathwork.
Expression: Gentle movement, voice work, and creative writing.
Integration: A supportive sharing circle to anchor your insights.
