Bring the Brightness Back to Your Wellness Practice

A visioning workshop to get unstuck in your business, among your peers

Coaching Workshop for Wellness Professionals

Facilitated by Sandra Bekhor, MBA, CPQC

Practice Management Coach & Certified Positive Intelligence Coach

Bekhor Management

You started your practice because you wanted to help people. Then came the responsibility of running a business on top of holding space for others. Running a practice can be lonely, and the stress quietly pulls you away from the vision that started

it all.

This two-hour workshop is an invitation to find it again, in the company of a caring community.

Through quiet meditation, gentle movement, and a guided visualization, you’ll reconnect with what you really want from your practice and a way to move toward it. You’ll capture your insights by journaling or doodling, then be invited to share in a facilitated circle.

Practitioners gathering openly can create something powerful: calm, clear Sage energy that none of us can summon alone.

We’ll explore:

  • how wellness entrepreneurs unknowingly get in their own way

  • the saboteur patterns behind feeling stuck or “not enough”

  • shifting from scarcity to abundance and alignment

For: Wellness and healing professionals (therapists, naturopaths, and other healers) building or growing their own practice.

Before you come: Take the free Saboteur assessment for immediate insights. It only takes a few minutes and will help you get more out of the session. Bring a journal and pen.

When: Saturday, December 5, 2026 | 3 to 5 pm

New Pathways Clinic, Third Space, 720 Spadina Avenue, Suite 306, Toronto

Fee: $50
