Mindfulness Groups and Workshops
We believe that healing happens in community. We are happy to offer a range of in-person group therapy programs and drop in mindfulness classes to support the work of individual therapy at our clinic.
Please stay tuned as we develop our community educational and supervision programs for mental health professionals.

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a well-established, evidence-based 8-week group program for depression, anxiety, and stress. Our MBCT group in Toronto builds on the core structure of MBCT while emphasizing embodied awareness, relational safety, and nervous system regulation in community.

Mindfulness Drop In Session
Please join us for drop in meditation circles in the Third Space this fall. We will meet for alternating Monday mornings and Thursday evenings for one hour. These sessions are open to members of our clinic and community.
-

Mindful Awareness Stabilization Training
This 4 week mindfulness group is designed to support emotion regulation through short, practical practices that can be integrated into daily life. Rooted in a trauma-informed approach, the group offers a gentle and accessible way to build awareness of the nervous system, increase resilience, and develop tools for managing stress, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity.
-

Mindfulness Retreat Day for Mental Health
This silent half day retreat is offered as a monthly booster for previous participants of MBCT programs or for those who are seeking to practice mindfulness meditation in community.
-

Gut Health and Mental Health
Gut health and nutrition have been overlooked as an essential part of mental health. This 4 part series is a psychoeducational program where we explore the connection between our brain-gut axis and polyvagal theory.

Family Constellations Workshop
A Systemic Constellations workshop is an experiential approach to healing that explores how unresolved patterns can be carried across generations within a family system. Guided by Lea Bill, this work moves beyond insight into embodied, relational healing—offering a powerful way to access, understand, and gently release what may no longer belong to you.
