Family Systems Constellation: An Introductory Evening with Elder Lea Bill

Friday, September 25, 6 to 8:30 pm, Unity Studio

Family Systems Constellation offers a transformational walk for those who are ready to live in the flow of love, life, health, and prosperity.

This gentle and powerful method reveals the places where we suffer out of loyalty to the challenges, wounds, and fears of the past in our family system. Disconnected from our lineage, our land, and our stories, many of us are searching for the sense of belonging that is so often found in a simple movement within the Circle.

Join Elder Lea Bill for an introductory evening exploring this work — what it is, how it moves, and what it can reveal.

Beyond the Family System

Originally developed by Bert Hellinger, Family Constellation work has since expanded far beyond the family system to offer insight and healing across many kinds of systems, including:

  • Organizational Systems — workplaces, teams, and institutions

  • Natural and Environmental Systems — our relationship with the land and living world

  • Community Systems — the bonds and belonging that hold a community together

  • Social and Political Dynamics — the larger entanglements that shape our collective life

An Evening of Introduction — and a Look Ahead

This 2.5-hour session is an introduction: a first taste of the constellation field, the Circle, and how this work moves through a system to bring what is hidden into the light.

Elder Lea Bill will also introduce her 7-Session Family Systems Constellation Training, running April through December 2027.

About Elder Lea Bill

Lea Bill, Rippling Water Woman Cree First Nation Healing Practitioner, Educator, and Trainer

Lea Bill, also known by her traditional name Rippling Water Woman, is a Cree First Nation healing practitioner, educator, and trainer with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals, groups, and communities through Indigenous spiritual learning, healing practices, and personal development. Her work is grounded in Cree Indigenous knowledge systems, including the Medicine Wheel, ceremony, traditional teachings, ancestral knowledge, and connection to the natural world.

Lea's professional practice brings together traditional Cree knowledge, ceremony, alternative healing approaches, research, teaching, and facilitation. She has contributed to publications and research focused on Indigenous racism, cancer within Indigenous populations, healthy Indigenous family systems, and the impacts of industry on the health and well-being of Indigenous peoples in Canada, and has collaborated with international researchers on related areas of inquiry.

Her early childhood experience living traditionally on the land gave her a deep appreciation for nature and for the gifts available through respectful relationship with the natural world. Lea credits her grandparents, teachers, Elders, and knowledge keepers — including her teacher Francesca Mason Boring — for guiding her learning and supporting her ability to integrate traditional knowledge with other healing and learning systems.

As a traditional healing practitioner, Lea provides coaching, teaching, and healing support that honours the wisdom of the body, mind, spirit, and soul. Her facilitation reflects a relational and culturally grounded approach, supporting participants in spiritual learning, personal awareness, ancestral connection, and healing from transgenerational patterns.
