Registered Psychotherapist
Welcome!
Most of us arrive at therapy carrying something we haven't quite been able to set down on our own. Whatever that is for you — old patterns, a sense of being lost, pain that won't shift — I'm here to help you work with it, gently and honestly, at a pace that feels right.
I work with people in an integrative way, drawing on somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and expressive arts — with a contemplative thread, rooted in my Zen Buddhist practice, running quietly through all of it. Some people need to talk; others find their way through the body, through image, through making something with their hands. I'm fluent in all of
Beneath everything I do is a genuine belief that you are more capable of healing than you may currently feel — and a commitment to walk alongside you as you find your way there.
My Background
My background includes hospital-based spiritual care alongside cancer patients, neonatal families, and people navigating end-of-life — experiences that shaped my capacity to sit with what is most difficult without rushing toward resolution or looking away. That same unhurried, grounded presence is what I bring to private practice, where I work with a wide range of human experiences: trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity, grief, life transitions like perimenopause, and the complexity of family and relational systems — adoption, separation, blended families, non-traditional and polyamorous relationships, and the full spectrum of LGBTQ+ experiences and identities. Whoever you are and however you love, you'll find genuine understanding here.
I work with warmth, honesty, and a deep respect for each person's own inner knowing. Humour is welcome, and so is not having the words yet. Beneath everything I do is a genuine belief that you are more capable of healing than you may currently feel — and a commitment to walk alongside you as you find your way there.
If you're ready for real, meaningful work, I'd love to connect.
