In a culture of constant notifications, endless scrolling, and digital overwhelm, many of us feel depleted, distracted, and disconnected from our bodies and communities. This in-person wellness workshop in Toronto offers a restorative alternative.

What is the 30-Day Spring Reset?

It’s a guided, group-based journey back to the basics of feeling good. Think of it as a "digital detox" meets a "health masterclass."

Instead of another overwhelming online course, we gather in person to dive deep into the pillars of health: nutrition, metabolism, nervous system support, and longevity. It’s about making sustainable, healthy changes together using old-school pen and paper and real human connection.
