Speak the Language of the Nervous System: A 4-Part Polyvagal Series
Polyvagal Theory helps us “speak the language of the nervous system” — a way of understanding how our bodies respond to safety, stress, and connection. This 4-session series combines theory with guided practices to help you recognize your nervous system states, develop self-regulation skills, and deepen your capacity for connection and resilience.
Each session aligns with a beautifully designed client handout that you can take home to continue exploring and practicing between workshops.
