Mindful Mondays

A free drop-in meditation practice, open to all

Every Monday morning in July, we're opening the doors of Third Space for a quiet hour of shared practice — no membership, no cost, no commitment. Whether you're a New Pathways client, a therapist, or a healing professional, you're welcome to come sit, breathe, and be with others.

This is contemplative practice in community: a still point in your week, and an easy way to meet the people who make up Third Space.

Drop in for one, or come every week — whatever fits.

What to Expect

A simple, guided sit of about 45 minutes to an hour, followed by a few minutes of informal conversation for anyone who'd like to stay. No experience necessary. Cushions, stools, and blankets are provided.

Who It's For

Open to New Pathways clients and community members, as well as therapists, healing professionals, and movement or expressive arts facilitators. Whether you're doing your own healing work or holding space for others', you're welcome here.
