MAST (Mindfulness Awareness Stabilization Training) is a 4 week trauma-informed mindfulness approach designed to support emotion regulation through short, accessible practices.

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy in Toronto for Nervous System Regulation

When: 8 weeks plus one retreat evening, Tuesdays, September 15 to November 10, 2026
Time: 5:00pm to 7:30 pm
Fee: $800 (fees may be covered by extended health benefits)

Speak the Language of the Nervous System: A 4-Part Polyvagal Series

When: Tuesdays (January 13 to February 3)
Time: 4:00pm to 5:00 pm
Location: Online
Fee: By donation (recommended $100 or pay what you can)

This series introduces Polyvagal Theory as a practical framework for understanding how your body, emotions, and relationships are shaped by the nervous system. Through four engaging sessions, you’ll learn how to recognize your body’s states, strengthen regulation, and build deeper safety and connection with yourself and others.
